We are a private owned and operated C&D Landfill facility, but we are permitted for Public Use. Because we have rules and guidelines to follow, we only offer tipping at our main facility in Chipman by appointment. You can make an appointment to tip with us after checking our materials list, and if your still unsure just ask when you call or email us! Check the Contact Us section for contacting methods.

We are bound by our permits and approvals with the Department of Environment to only accept certain materials, which are listed in the MENU tab under Materials List
Our tipping rates are currently set by volume for our main facility in Chipman. Because you will be hauling it directly to where it needs to go, we can give discounted rates for volume! When our transfer station opens, it will be by-the-ton rates as we need to sort and transport the materials in bulk to our main facility in Chipman for final disposal.
We perform a Pre-Tipping Inspection upon arrival at our facility. If your load has no visible unacceptable materials you will be permitted to dump and charged the "Clean Segregated C&D" rate. If once you dump, and there was a single coffee cup mixed in then we will just remove it during sorting and you will be informed for next time. If there ends up being an entire bag of trash in the bottom of the load or hidden somewhere within, then we will charge you the "Unsegregated C&D" rate as we cannot accept it in that state, it has to be sorted plus disposed of properly. This is why it's very important to know what is in your trailer or truck box before putting it in the air!
Currently we do not offer a small scale pickup service, but we do offer tipping at our facility by appointment for the public. In the near future, we hope to offer a dumpster rental service for residential customers. Stay tuned!
